I have a frame that fits a 3.5"x10" panoramic image and painted this to fit the frame with a 3/4" border. The painting is 2"x8.5" on 140lb. watercolor paper.I really struggled with this one. Not that the subject is a hard one but I just wasn't motivated. I had to push myself throught the whole thing. My paint kept drying out which made painting tiny details very difficult. Some days are like that.
